Consignee agrees to receive 50% of the agreed upon selling price of the consigned item(s).
If an offer is received at a price less than the agreed upon sale price, Take-A-Boo Emporium reserves the right to accept an offer at a lower price. In this case, the agreed upon percentages remain in effect. It is the consignee’s responsibility to pick up their items at the end of the consignment period.
Take-A-Boo Emporium is not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen goods.
Items not picked up after 120 days become the property of Take-A-Boo Emporium or a 10% inventory fee (based on the sale price) will be charged to the consignee to pull items for their picked within 72 hours of the request being made.
If repairs have been made by Take-A-Boo Emporiurm to items to increase their likelihood of sale and the consignee wants the items returned at any time, the consignee will pay for the cost of these repairs.
By leaving items at Take-A-Boo Emporium the consignee agrees to the above terms and conditions.
Take-A-Boo Emporium reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions.
